En route pour les Oscars 2006
Une cérémonie qui s'annonce peu fantastique

Cela faisait vraiment longtemps que le cinéma de genre n’avait pas été si peu représenté dans la course aux Oscars. En effet, il faut vraiment cherché dans les catégories dites secondaires pour y dénicher des œuvres appartenant au genre qui nous est si cher.
Voici, ci-dessous, la liste des nominations pour les oscars des longs métrages, j’ai surligné les candidatures entrant dans le genre fantastique (sauf History of Violence, que je ne peut me résoudre à entrer dans le genre). A noter que Star Wars III n’est même pas nominé dans la catégorie effets spéciaux.
